Visiting Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya

I have traveled to Thailand thrice now and I feel so connected to this place. It gives me a feeling like it’s my second home. In this blog, I am going to take you on a virtual tour to a beautiful and luxurious place to Na Jomtien Beach, a burgeoning district on Thailand’s eastern seaboard, and home to Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien in Pattaya. I hope you enjoy this mesmerizing place sitting at home.

It was a sudden visit. It all started with a call from a very special person saying, you have to fly to Thailand within three days. So it was a last minute travel and it was my first International trip and the excitement was on another level. Luckily, we found an amazing travel consultant who got our twenty flight tickets done within a few hours at a reasonable price.

Funny incident at the airport:

The whole journey from Pune to Mumbai was amazing seeing the outstanding visuals. Accept I had no idea what was to come because we got late to reach the airport. After doing all the check-ins and running from terminal 65 to terminal 72 I finally got to the gate with my heart pounding through my chest and gasping for my air. The good news: I see my plane is still on the ground. But the bad news was that I got to know that my brother and my best friend got left behind. And there was this last bus waiting on the door to take us to flight. Then the agent bursts our bubble saying boarding is closed and they can’t let any more people in. We all had got in accept them and the thoughts that I was imagining were hilarious. I was like, Uh oh! What if my brother& my friend don’t get on the bus? Should I get down too or what should I do now. And I also remember everybody’s face having the same thoughts. Radhika almost plopped down into tears convincing the flight attendants to wait for a few minutes. And with all this fuss going on they reached exactly on time and we all made it to Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok.

The Entrance of the Hotel:

Since it was a surprise we had no clue where exactly we were heading to! When we entered through the gate, we all were awestruck looking at this luxurious 5 star with 260 rooms spread over 35 floors. The territory of the hotel is very big and gracious.

The Rooms:

The rooms were the best. They have got presidential Suite, Delux (with a sea view), Premium Suite, Junior, and executive suite. We got the keys to the Premium Suite and Presidential Suite.

Presidential Suite

In this Suite, we got to explore the seaside luxury on the Gulf of Thailand shores. There was a soft comfortable bed in the balcony. The living room has an enormous 60-inch Smart TV, with another 42-inch Smart TV in the bedroom with its king-size bed. A DVD player and iPod docking station complement free WiFi. The ensuite bathroom features both a rain shower and a separate bathtub.

Premium with sea view:

This is where I spent the entire week. We had a big private balcony in our spacious 50 sqm premium room. The view was magnificent especially at the sunset over the Gulf of Thailand. The room was designed in a very interesting style. The contemporary marine design complements floor-to-ceiling windows and king-sized bed. The bathroom had all that you needed for a relaxing vacation. It had Dead Sea minerals (shampoo, shower gel, different types of soaps, body lotion). The minibar was full and free of charge; there was also a tea/coffee set. We were provided with lovely slippers and bathrobes. We enjoyed the place altogether.

The Food:

The food in the hotel was great with a variety of Thai dishes like meat, fish, seafood whatever you want. The breakfast was free from the hotel.
The concept revolves around a communal table instead of the traditional buffet line and provides guests with the flexibility they desire through daily specials, creative seating, and modern a la carte options. We were not used to Thai food; but the best part was we had many options like pizzas, crafted baked goods, pastries, and different sweets fruits and the Chef made us a spicy veg Thai curry along with Indian paratha.

The Beach:

This hotel has a private White Sand Beach. I have added a beautiful view in a video at the end of the blog.

Other Amenities:

The property has an outdoor pool, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available. It has a sauna and a terrace. You can play pool, ping pong, and tennis at White Sand Beach Residences Pattaya. The hotel operates the 500-sqm Siam Grand Ballroom which is capable of accommodating up to 350 guests, along with additional private meeting rooms which range in size from 32 to 42 sqm.

My Experience:

The most beautiful part was sitting here at the balcony and watching the ocean view for hours. I forgot everything and everyone at that moment.
There was silence; I felt that deep connection with the ocean. I enjoyed the sound of the waves, the enjoyed breathing and I looked around on the left and the right. All I could see was abundance everywhere. I could still feel the energy I had while writing this blog. This place taught me that it’s essential to take a break, breathe, and calm your mind.

I learned that it is important to stop the noise in the mind in order for the wonderful sound to be herd. Enjoy the present and now in every moment. That’s when you can begin to live your life deeply.

Here is a small video to my trip to Mövenpick.

I hope you enjoyed this blog. I would love to hear about your most favorite destination that changed something in you in the comment section?

Stay Blessed!
